It is a health care profession primarily concerned with the remediation of impairments and disabilities and the promotion of mobility, functional ability, quality of life and movement potential through examination, evaluation, diagnosis and physical intervention carried out by Physical Therapists (known as Physiotherapists in some countries) and Physical Therapist Assistants (known as Physical Rehabilitation Therapists in some countries).

How to activate Windows 7 with cmd
- Open command prompt from the start menu.
- In cmd, type a command slmgr -dli
- Click ok.now, your windows trial version is started.
- Now you can increase the time limit of genuine windows.
- To extend ( reset/rearm) the evaluation
period to another 30 days, type ( in cmd ), Type or paste the following command:
slmgr -rearm
- A confirmation message will be displayed saying command completed successfully, and you will need to restart the pc.
- You can now reboot your p.c so that the changes can take effect.
- Now you can check under the
Windows Activation section.. you
will notice that it has been reset to
30 days.
- You can repeat these steps whenever the 30 days are
almost completed.You can repeat the procedure three more times.
- Note- You have to run cmd as an administrator to complete the activation.
